Welcome to Reitzel Irrigation. We hope you enjoy our website. We are a irrigation contractor, backflow tester and commercial plumber with over 40 years of experience in the irrigation and landscape industry.

Chris Reitzel has always believed in providing exceptional service to his customers and is always willing to help. Started in 1985 Reitzel Irrigation was placed on the back burner while Chris perused another business venture, but in 2011 Chris returned and Reitzel Irrigation is back and better than ever.

Reitzel Irrigation is placing emphasis on Technology, from Smart Irrigation to a almost Paperless Office. We are trying to email all invoices electronically to customers to save on printing and mailing costs and to save the environment by using less paper. We offer the ability for customers to pay their bill Online as well! So if we do not already have your email, please be sure to sign-up for our email list using the link at the top of every page!

We offer everything from your basic residential irrigation to the larger design/build irrigation jobs for custom homes and commercial projects. We also offer full irrigation maintenance services from seasonal service to repair with certified installers. Give us a call or e-mail us. Area Served:

Reitzel Irrigation serves the greater Charlotte-Mecklenburg metropolitan area, including, but not limited to, Lake Norman, Gastonia, Concord, Monroe, Charlotte and Albermarle. We work with many homeowners, businesses, and a select group of homebuilders in all areas around Charlotte.

Our physical headquarters are located in rural Cabarrus County, near the Charlotte Motor Speedway, between Concord and Albermarle. We offer special services to multiple areas throughout North Carolina and will travel further at the request of a regular customer. Our normal day-to-day operations serve within a 50 mile radius of the Charlotte area.

All of our service and install crews drive company trucks and wear company shirts. Our work is guaranteed and if you are not satisfied, we will try everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We are fully insured, license and bonded and certificates/copies of licenses can easily be provided upon request. So you can rest assured that we are a professional irrigation, backflow and plumbing contractor with over 40 years combined experience. Our technicians have been professionally trained and have over 20 years of experience each.

We warranty our work, so if anything on your new irrigation system breaks due to defect, we will replace the part free of charge if it is within one year of your installation date. Our standard one year workmanship warranty covers all materials, labor and equipment from defects that arise out of problems with either our workmanship or the product itself.

We honor our customers and do not use "Maintenance Service Contracts" or other long term tactics to hide items like many other operations do. We strive by honesty and often say to our customer base "What You Want Is What You Get...Bottom Line". For our commercial customers, we do provide an "Automatic Maintenance Service Agreement" that specifies services (such as Winterization, Startup, Backflow Testing, etc.) they would like us to perform automatically, all services are priced clearly so you know what you are getting and we do not hide behind a flat rate monthly charge like many others do. We invoice our work at the time it is completed. We do offer discount rates based upon high service volume and frequency of use and we like to reward our excellent customers whom have a long and excellent history with our company.

We do not subscribe to "Flat Rate Pricing" (smoke & mirrors). Our jobs are done with "Time and Materials". We try extra hard to please every customer - every time. We provide courtesy estimates on new, non repair service projects. We do not attempt to make a repair that cannot be performed safely or that might cause further problems for you later. We do not enlist high pressure sales tactics.  We earn business honestly and ethically.
